7 sections every small business website needs
A small business website does not need to be big — it needs to be built right. Within seconds a visitor should find three answers: what you do, how it helps them, and how to contact you. These 7 sections are enough.
1. A clear headline (hero)
The first screen. In one sentence, say what you do and what the customer gains. Not "we are the best" but something concrete like "Office cleaning within 24 hours". Next to it, one button: "Get a price" or "Call us".
2. Services or products
A short description for each service and, if possible, a "from" price. Showing prices improves enquiry quality — the customer already knows it fits their budget.
3. Why you
3–4 concrete advantages: years of experience, warranty, fast delivery, certificates. Numbers and facts, not general words.
4. Examples and reviews
Photos of completed work, customer reviews, logos of well-known clients. People trust other people's experience.
5. Frequently asked questions
The 5–7 questions you hear most on the phone: price, timing, payment, delivery. This section saves time for both sides and also performs well on Google.
6. Contact form
A short form: name, phone, message. Every extra field lowers the number of enquiries. Most importantly, enquiries must not get lost — they should go straight into a CRM and become a task for the responsible person.
7. Contact details and quick buttons
Phone, address, map, opening hours and a WhatsApp / Telegram button in the corner. A visitor on a phone should be able to message you with one tap.
One more tip
The site must work well on phones and load in 2–3 seconds. Most visitors open it on a phone.
The SBT Web "Vitrin" plan puts all 7 sections on one page, while the "Şirkət" plan expands each into its own page plus a blog.
