FAQ

What is the minimum term?

The contract is for 12 months. The first 3 months are paid in advance; if cancelled within them, the domain costs are also payable. After 12 months you can stop in any month. See the terms of service.

What happens to the site if I cancel?

The domain is registered in your name and stays yours. The site files can be handed over for a one-time fee.

What counts as an “edit”?

A change of text, images, prices or an existing section. New pages and new features are quoted separately.

Can I change my plan later?

Yes, you can upgrade at any time — the difference applies from the next month.

How does the website + CRM discount work?

When SBT Web and SBT CRM are subscribed together, both get 20% off.
