The contract is for a minimum of 12 months, then renews monthly; to stop, give 30 days’ written notice.
Payment
The first 3 months are paid in advance after signing. Then by the 5th of each month against an invoice. Yearly: 12 months for the price of 10. Prices exclude VAT.
Early termination
If cancelled within the first 3 months, the prepayment is not refunded and the domain registration costs are payable. After month 3 — 30 days’ notice and that month’s fee.
Domain and files
The domain is registered in the customer’s name and stays theirs. After the subscription ends, the site files can be handed over for a one-time fee.
Edits
Monthly edits included in the plan (text, images, prices, existing sections) are done within 3 business days; unused edits do not carry over. New pages and features are quoted separately.
Late payment
After 15 days overdue the site may be suspended until paid (no data is deleted); after 2 months the contract may be terminated.

Content
The customer is responsible for the rights to and legality of texts and images on the site.
Exact terms are set out in the contract signed by both parties.
